Where do you ship?
Tracie’s Spa is proud to ship across Canada, excluding the Territories. All prices are in Canadian dollars ($CAD) and tax is charged based on the customer’s billing location.
Products are shipped to the “Shipping Address” only.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping rates are based on Canada Post rates. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the delivery to you of merchandise purchased through the traciesspalife.com. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How long will my order take?
We know that you are excited to receive your order, and we are excited to get it to you! That’s why we generally ship out all orders within 1-3 business days when inventory is on hand. The time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on where you are located and what type of shipping method you select.

I chose local pick up, how do I receive my product?
For customers that have placed a “Local Pickup” order through traciesspalife.com, pickup is available during salon hours. To confirm that your order is ready, please phone the salon at (902) 539-9900.
How do I cancel my order?
An order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped. Please contact us If you have any questions about your order.
We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchases from Tracie’s Spa. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges or products are handled on a case by case basis. Please contact the salon by phoning 902-539-9900 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
